i care a lot about how pretty a campus is... do you care? in undergrad a lot of people choose the school just based on how nice it is... would you dare do that with a seminary?

i'd kill for a nice big campus, lots of grass, even a foodcourt and dorms...

Campus is a bonus.... I'd never choose a school based on campus, seriously. Undergrad was primarily driven by cost and availability of my major. Grad school was chosen based on location and prior experience with the department, which was very favorable.
