the truth is... i dont really care a whole lot about this... because content is most important... however there are few nice user features in v3... you interested in trying it out for a day?

Well, if you want to, I'm not footing the bill. I really like how it is at present, but if you want to try out the bells & whistles, go for it.

It all comes down to preference I guess. In my opinion v.3 was ugly, and I absolutely hate having the avatars/info on the right hand side. Plus I love it the way it is right now, so comfy...

I'm game for trying out v.3 for a week, just out of curiosity, or whatever.

okay nathan what do you think>? I think i could get used to the avatars on the right. I also MUCH prefer this posting editor... (at least thus far) its really nice and clean.... but we'll see. the old way had nothing wrong with it.. .and its looking less and less like I'll use any of those v3 features (we might not even have access to them)...

Three will work fine. However if you're not going to utilize any of the new stuff I'd prefer v.2

Let's give it a week or so though, maybe I'll change my mind. Also, since there are more than two of us using the forum anyone else is more than welcome to comment with their opinion, if any.

but yea... i'm messing with a few of the new features now. again.. in a week you can veto this.

i want you to have a lot of say in this.. i just also wanted to try it... we'll see what the folks out there think (maybe , you know... if they respond)

If you think people aren't aware of this post it's probably because they don't use the "Latest Posts" feature on the homepage, or because there are too many empty forums. I think it's probably preferable to have fewer forums and only add to their number as the amount (and diversity) of posts dictate. I say give it a few more weeks before rearranging them though, just to see what direction things take.

I was jumping around and watching the "is it wrong to drink" post the other night when it kept changing. I knew I hadn't had anything to drink.

I am a bit partial to the v.3 pink theme...

...and I was just starting to get used to the new look too. LOL Well, I think this combination is the most visually appealing.

I would suggest making the "forum" link/button more prominent on the main "theologer.com" home page. I used to be more prominent in one of the previous versions.
