I was looking forward to contributing in "community" with others, but since no one else is jumping in, then I am hesitant to be the only one. If someone else says that they will do it too, then I'd be happy to throw the first post up.

Given that this place seems to be withering on the vine, its no surprise that the tumblr thing is.

I was wondering how long it would take someone to reply... what's the deal? Are people not so much into "community" right now? Are the things of this world weighing people down?

this thing sort of withered as i began to have less and less time... i knew i would have less time starting in sept so i was really trying to get it off and running on its own before that... but alas..

i haven't gotten rid of it on the off chance it makes a comeback... and with just a little bit more publicity i think it has a chance...

but we'll see

there was a bit of initial interest but nobody but you ever actually signed up... i could only push it so much... my suggestion (if you're still interested) would be to invite one or two friends from the blogging community personally and then ask them to invite one or two...
i'd still love to see it go... and might even contribute if its needed, but it will have to be able to survive on its own to last... i just cant keep up.

let me know if you need anything from me for a boost... if you manage one or two more people to sign up i'd be happy to plug it again...

I decided to take a different angle due to the fact that you're still interested.
I just set up [url=http:// ima.theologer.com]ima.theologer.com[/url] where anyone can submit a story and once it's approved it will hit the front page.

This way there can be regular submitters as well as people who only write one entry... once in a while etc...

give it a try and submit something... once i see the system is working like it should then I'll promote it... then maybe we can get that community off the ground that you want.
