Does God care about Unreached People Groups or just the unreached people?
Mon Nov 10, 2008 10:06 pm by rogermugs
Just curious what your take is.
is there anything significant about an actually "unreached people group" -however we decide to define that.

or does God just care about souls wherever they are and whatever their language or ethnicity?

VP Debate - does anyone really care

On a normal presidential election cycle does anyone truly care about these. Because of who Palin is, adds a lot of interest but still does it even matter?

theologers on tumblr?

I guess the tumblr thing died out, huh?
http://many.theologer.com/

I was looking forward to contributing in "community" with others, but since no one else is jumping in, then I am hesitant to be the only one. If someone else says that they will do it too, then I'd be happy to throw the first post up.

Anyone?

putting God in the box of the Bible...
Thu Oct 02, 2008 3:19 am by rogermugs
I was just reading an interesting article about the canon and one of the things it said is that we can accept the New Testament canon as it is as long as we dont put God into that box saying that the NT is all the God can be.

he then makes some points about how the jews put God in the box of the OT and how that backfired on them etc...

but what I think is interesting ...

Ads on your blog?

How do you feel about ads on your blog?

I put a lot of time into the Heidelberg Confession. I'd like to put some sort of advertising on there but it might look tacky and if I use Adsense who knows what ads would come up. Maybe Amazon at the top but the return is so low for the price of looking tacky.

In any case I want to put an Amazon search thingy in the sidebar of...

healing and jesus and our prayers...
Sun Aug 17, 2008 8:14 am by rogermugs
So I was just thinking about this today and curious about your thoughts...

It seems like when Jesus was on earth he was happy to, and excited about healing everyone who came to him. (maybe there are people he didn't heal I dont know, but the account sure seems to be that if the person came to him with enough faith to seek healing then he healed them).

so why doesn't h...
