I disagree with nathan entirely. I think this would be a lovely passage to preach.

Preach the word
Always be prepared to teach/evangelize
Correct straying brothers/sisters
Rebuke those who need rebuke
Encourage those who need encouragement
What those around you are doing:
Ignoring sound teaching
Hearing only what they want to hear
There is no wrong way to live or wrong belief
Christianity is the ONLY thing thats wrong
If you're a christian you're a bigot
The difference
You
Raising up others to further the kingdom
Forcefully advancing the kingdom
Unwilling to play nice at the risk of sin (in
your and other peoples lives)
Them
Focused on their own earthly desires
Unwilling to hear truth
Rather people like them, then to stand for
something

thats just my initial thoughts and 2 minute blow through... but we're surrounded by people who are ignoring truth and we tend to be drawn that way slowly... we need the kick in the rear occasionally to remember the Lord has called us to live differently, radically differently.
